1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Siglz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Siglz Studios LLC ("Siglz," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Siglz is a curated catalog of symbolic artwork. Users submit a personal intention, which is algorithmically mapped to a matching sigil from the catalog. Users then claim that sigil and engage in focused attention practice using their chosen symbol.

Claiming a sigil grants access to a personalized I Ching reading, the in-app meditation space, and permanent high-resolution downloads (SVG and 4K PNG) of that sigil. New accounts receive 3 free forge credits at signup. Unlimited forging is available through a Siglz Pro subscription.

Siglz is strictly a creative, artistic, and contemplative tool. It is not a medical device, therapeutic service, financial service, spiritual authority, or substitute for professional advice of any kind.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@siglz.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Credits and Subscription

New accounts receive 3 complimentary forge credits at signup. Each credit allows you to submit an intention, receive a matched sigil from the catalog, access a personalized I Ching reading, use the in-app meditation space, and permanently unlock high-resolution downloads (SVG and 4K PNG) for that sigil. Once claimed, a sigil and its assets are permanently tied to your account regardless of your subscription status.

After free credits are used, unlimited forging is available through a Siglz Pro subscription. Current subscription pricing is listed on the Subscribe page. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Account menu in the app or by contacting us at support@siglz.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your existing collection remains accessible after cancellation — you will simply lose the ability to forge new sigils until you resubscribe.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Free credits are non-transferable and carry no cash value.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

5. Content Ownership and Artwork

You retain ownership of the intention text and descriptions you write. These are your words.

The sigil artwork in our catalog consists of pre-produced assets that are algorithmically matched to your inputs. Because these images were algorithmically produced without direct human authorship in each individual design, under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, such algorithmically-produced images are generally not eligible for copyright protection. Neither Siglz Studios LLC nor you hold an exclusive copyright claim over the sigil images themselves, and we make no representations to the contrary.

Siglz Studios LLC retains all rights to its platform, branding, codebase, catalog curation, search algorithms, and any original human-authored content on the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your submitted text solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to submit content that:

• Is violent, threatening, or promotes self-harm
• Constitutes hate speech or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or exploitative
• Glorifies illegal activity
• Infringes on the intellectual property of others
• Attempts to circumvent our safety systems

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Artwork Disclaimer

The sigils in our catalog are pre-produced, algorithmically created artworks. While our system utilizes semantic search to map your intentions to the closest visual match in our expansive collection, we cannot guarantee that a chosen symbol will be unique to your account, or that visually similar artwork does not exist elsewhere. As outlined in Section 5, the individual sigil images themselves are not covered by copyright.

The Service is provided strictly as a creative and contemplative tool. Siglz makes no claims, promises, or guarantees regarding the metaphysical, psychological, spiritual, or practical efficacy of sigil work, I Ching readings, or focused attention practice. Any perceived insights, personal shifts, or benefits are entirely your own subjective experience and are not a promise or guarantee of the Service.

Catalog sigils and accompanying texts are provided for creative, artistic, and reflective use only. They are not prescriptive, therapeutic, or spiritually authoritative in any way.

7a. No Health, Financial, or Outcome Claims

Siglz makes no representations, warranties, or claims that use of the Service will produce any specific outcome — including but not limited to improvements in mental health, physical health, financial circumstances, relationships, or any other life domain.

The Service is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, financial advice, legal counsel, or any other professional service. If you are experiencing a health or mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

Any testimonials, examples, or descriptions of outcomes on the Service are illustrative only and do not represent typical results. Individual experiences will vary.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGLZ STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from the Account menu within the app. Deleting your account will cancel any active subscription and permanently remove your data. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

Upon account deletion, your right to use the Service ceases and your data is permanently removed. Canceling a subscription without deleting your account preserves your existing collection but removes the ability to forge new sigils. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
