Refund Policy

Overview
Siglz offers a subscription service (Siglz Pro) that provides unlimited sigil forging on a monthly or annual billing basis. New accounts receive 3 complimentary forge credits at signup at no charge.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. By subscribing, you authorize Siglz to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscription Fees
Subscription charges are billed at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually). Because access to the Service is granted immediately upon payment, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period regardless of usage.
If you do not cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew and the applicable fee will be charged. We are not obligated to issue a refund for charges that result from failure to cancel before renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Account menu in the app. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Siglz Pro features through the end of the period you have already paid for. Your existing sigil collection remains accessible after cancellation — you simply lose the ability to forge new sigils.
Account Deletion
If you choose to permanently delete your account, any active subscription will be canceled immediately and your data will be removed. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of a subscription period that has already been billed, including time remaining in the current period. No exceptions will be made for this policy.
If you wish to stop being charged without losing your account and collection, cancel your subscription through the Account menu rather than deleting your account.
Technical Issues
We will investigate and may issue a refund or account credit under the following strict technical circumstances:
- You were successfully charged for a subscription but access to Siglz Pro features was not granted due to a verified system error.
- You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a verified billing error on our part.
To report a technical issue, contact us at support@siglz.com within seven (7) days of the charge. Include your account email and a description of the issue.
What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
- Dissatisfaction with the artistic style, aesthetic, or matching of a sigil.
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
- Account deletion, regardless of time remaining in the billing period.
- Partial use of a subscription period.
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the charge date.
